Hillbilly Ranch

The Doo-Wah Riders

Hillbilly Ranch Produced by Gary Morse © 2006 The Doo-Wah Riders

A strong mix of country with fiddle, accordion, and great harmonies. This is the fifth release from the legendary Doo-Wah Riders. Although there are fiddle and accordion on practically every track, this album is a slight departure from their trademark cajun-flavored country. The band has never been afraid to experiment, grow, and evolve. “Sometimes songs have a life of their own, “ says accordion player Kenny Lee Benson. “When we're in the studio, it’s important to keep an open mind and let the music take you to where it naturally wants to go. In this case, we are thrilled with the results.”

Big Small World Produced by Gary Morse © 2002 The Doo-Wah Riders

High Energy Country with a Cajun Twist. This is the 4th release of the Doo-Wah Riders and one of their best. Once again, produced by Gary Morse, this cd combines the best qualities of the Doo-Wahs: great harmonies, upbeat cajun/zydeco-flavored country, and great original material. The band wrote nine out the ten songs on "Big Small World."
