Al Bonhomme brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Doo-Wah Riders. He currently teaches Country Guitar at The Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA.

His credits include performing and recording with Dwight Yoakum, Pete Anderson, The Bull Durham Band, Mark Collie, and Tracy Lawrence. He has also worked for Disney Entertainment, performed at The Grand Old Opry, and TNN's Crook & Chase.

Al is also an alumni of Musician's Institute, and was voted Guitarist of The Year by The California Country Music Association in 1988. He specializes in Country, Fingerpicking and Acoustic Styles, Roots Music and Americana. At MI, Al teaches Core Classes, Country Guitar, Surf/Spy Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Country LPW, Private Lessons, and Open Counseling.
